Those we in the so-called civilised world refer to as 'primitive cultures' often share with each other and work with each other to provide for their entire village

Fishermen and huntsmen will return home with their catch and share it with others who have not been on the hunt

We in the UK used to be much more caring and charity minded 20 years ago than we are today

20 years ago I ran a charity shop for a well-known charity - non of use were paid we just though it the right thing to do - work in a charity shop and go to charity fund raising coffee mornings

My shop had a rota of 40 volunteers - we could have had hundreds but I could not fit anymore in

Now in UK very few people help charities - the charity shops pay their staff and also have people sent to them for work experience

Directors of charities earn far too much money and in UK a great many fraudulent charities are being set up to raise money for refugees - almost without exception those charities are sending money to Islamic militants

I know that because I discussed with friends raising money for a hospital in Kobani and found out about all the scams

Luckily I did not mention this to a certain surgeon it would have raised his hopes up - it is almost impossible to start such a charity in UK - SORRY if you read this - you know who you are we did try NEVER give up :x

After the mass exodus in S. Kurdistan because of 1991 uprising, a very well known British figure organised a charity party in London in support of Kurd refugees. This party raised millions as it was claimed but hardly anything of it reached Kurd refugees. This British person was strongly related to the Establishments. Because of that, I assume, Kurds zipped their mouth and didn't dare to bring it to the open.

Modern life is about changes and changes creates new cultural values to replace old ones like old village cooperative spirits. Family and local ties were very strong on the old days because life was interdependent, every one on a family and local level depended on each other, no one was secure. But today we have social securities, housings and work opportunity. This has created a sense of security and self-dependence. This has loosened the old traditional family and local ties and the sense of belonging.

Healthy meals if didn't involve too much coffee drinking.

I have used my Actifry for frozen chips. It really makes nice and tasty chips.

Apart from the occasional cup of coffee I think that Piling has a very healthy diet :ymapplause:

I love frozen chips cooked in my Actifry - never going to eat cafe/takeaway ones again :D

Each morning, I awake myself with 2 mugs of coffee.

No more, no less. After breakfast, tea at noon and 5. Coffee is just to keep me alive when I come out of Dreamland. It is the only thing that can decide me to return in that boring and ugly world : COFFEE. :-D

You are better to have a thorough colon check to see the condition of your internal colon tissues.

Instead of coffee drinking, why don't you start coffee enema, which means washing your colon with coffee, something extremely useful and healthy. Read this link or google for benefits of coffee enema:

ha ha this remedy that we call 'lavement' was very fashionable at Louis XIV 's court in Versailles :)) It was even the 2 only way to cure (to make DIE) people with the bloodletting.

I prefer to swallow my coffe via the other right orifice Mother Nature gave to me.

It is known since biblical times.

The first time I heard about it was when I read 'The enzyme Factor' by Dr Hiromi Shinya. He approves it although he is against drinking tea and coffee. It didn't get my attention enough. Lately I had colon check. Before that I was given enema, which I think it was only water. Now I got my enema kit and I hope I start it from tomorrow and after that I do it at least once a week.

Some private clinics use coffee enema as one of the treatments to cure colon cancer. It is extremely healthy, not only cleanses your colon, it also cleanses your liver.
