PostAuthor: Piling » Mon Mar 16, 2015 9:08 pm

So today I started my new policy : no restriction as so long as I am hungry and if I am not hungry I don't eat.

8. am : Breakfast :

not hungry. Only 2 café au lait.

11 am : Lunch :

after 50 mn of Dynamic yoga, I need to eat meat :

Roasted pork and potatoes, 1 portion of cottage cheese, 2 small pieces of orange.

no snack, not hungry.

8.30 pm :

Roasted shrimps, chinese noodles, lettuce and Bleu d'Auvergne, 1 Heinecken (33 cl).

Total : less than 1800 calories, around 1700. 50 mn of Yoga, 1 h 15 of walk.

the point is to learn how to feel your real state of 'i am hungry' instead of i am greedy.

But even if you are greedy of chocolate, that's good. You just have to eat it slowly, slowly, tasting it in your mouth, and enjoy all the flavours without guiltiness. There will be a point where it won't seem you so delicious, you'll have enough, that's all.

And even if you eat a box, to addoct of chocolate, the method proposes you to eat only chocolate during 4 days : no other meals, only chocolate.

And probably after 4 days you won't have taken weight, because you just replace your meal by another one.

And probably after 4 days of chocolate, you ll be greedy of fresh vegetables, or fruits, or MEAT :ymdevil:

the trick is to teach your body and your mind : 'as so long as you can eat whatever you like until you feel happy and 'emough' that's good.

At the contray imagine you are not hungry and you oblige yourself to eat tomatoes. These tomatoes will make you gain weight because you do not need them (no hungry no need) so your body will stock the calories.

Wait for being really really and eat all the chooclate you like, you won't take weight, your body needs it, then will burn it.

I enjoy eating :D

I love all the different textures and flavours

I do not drink anything alcoholic or smoke but I do love eating

I love everything from the ambiance of fine dining to the joy of sharing meals with people of different cultures in their own homes :ymhug:

It is not the chocolate which makes me fat - it is the sugar contained in my "healthy" fresh fruit drinks

Sadly I do have to lose weight due to my spine injuries :((

I will just have to find a new toyboy who cooks healthier food ;)

I discover Starbuck Discoveries :

and as I did not have lunch I ate 100 g of Milka chocolate with nuts. I thought of you, Anthea :-D

Image

So beside this snack, at breakfast, 2 mugs of café au lait and a croque-Madame (what American call French toast but with an egg while the croque-monsieur has none).

No lunch, a snack.

Dinner :

not very hungry, so 45 g of lays barbecue chips, 2 slices of serrano ham, 3 slices of chicken ham and 1 Heineken beer (33 cl).

Tomorrow i will see if I take or lose weight ;;)

Natural Sugar contained in healthy fresh fruit drinks doesn't make any one fat unless you mean added refined sugar.

What happened? Why you have spine injury?

I assume you are really looking for a toyboy to push your wheel chair. But if you are really looking for a toyboy, you got one. Move to my place, I cook, you wash and as long as you don't say 'NO' we will be happy ever. :(( :)) =)) :((

I used to drink fresh fruit juice by the litre but sadly the natural sugar in fresh fruit is indeed high in calories :(

I was in a crash some years ago which left me in a wheelchair for 3 years :-s

I am a lot better now and out of the wheelchair - walking almost normally - though I still have 3 injuries to my spine they do not cause me a lot of problems

I work from home which is why I have time to come on here :D

I do not drink or smoke - love steam trains - - love English countryside - love Linux - love dogs - feed the birds - hate TV - love reading - loath cooking - love eating :D

Interested in Kurdish history and culture - hoping for a United Independent Kurdistan SOON :ymapplause:

My friends keep threatening to find me a husband so I have decided to find myself a toyboy instead :ymdevil:

So yesterday, at morning, just a small café au lait.

At lunch, an entire Dolce Pizza Campanella (I love Sodebo pizza) :D

http://www.sodebo.fr/produits-frais/piz ... campanella

quite 800 calories, but I went to shopping, amd at the end of the day I my podometer counter showed more than12 000 steps. I burnt all and could eat almost 800 calories more.

At dinner, not a big hungry, so I snacked :

saucisson, salad, 2 small bowls of :

http://www.spar.fr/magasin-spar-42600-m ... 53085.html

I have an important call to do so I drank a double wishky (Tullamore dew) before my meal and while eating, an Heineken.

Of course, this morning I took 700 g but as I was very thirsty during the night I drank a liter of water, so I am not worried, that is water :D

By the way, all the t short, polo, pullover etc I bought yesterday are in L size. This morning I realize that now M size suits me

No change in jeans : L

Fresh fruit and vegetable, if juiced or not, shouldn't make you fat unless you go excessive in drinking fresh fruit juice or eating fruit. Excessive eating and drinking make you fat you be sure. Bear in mind in the old days all the so cold fresh fruit juice diluted with chemicals to enhance the test. Consequently they were losing their natural healthy benefits.

Congratulation for coming out alive from the accident and your recovery. I am sure you will soon recover completely

I only drink fresh fruit without any additives but it is fattening

UK chocolatier creates seven-foot tall Easter egg

A chocolatier in Lincolnshire has created a seven-foot (2.1-metre) Easter egg.

Jan Hansen melted more than 100kg (220lb) of chocolate to create the giant egg.

He will sell it in pieces to raise money for charity.

Jill Archbold went to see him at work.
