A farewell ceremony was held at the Cemevi in London for 17-year-old Kurdish boy Ali Baygören, who was stabbed to death in North London last week. In addition to Baygören's family, British Alevi Federation (BAF) co-chair Dilek Incedal, BAF former President Israfil Erbil, Cemevi co-chair Filiz Koç, Kurdish People's Assembly, Gik-Der and representatives of local associations attended the ceremony Chingford Cemetery.
Kurdish young boy Ali Baygören was stabbed to death on 18 June in London. Tens of thousands of people took to the streets and marched to the police station with the slogans "Murderer state, murderer police".
