let me tell you something...over all middle east is a place where women's rights are opressed.... and thats sad .
but I can tell you Kurdistan has so much better situation than other middle eastern places...

for example in Iran, in a book , a persian writer...called kurdish women "Whores" just because Kurdish women dont use Islamic Hejab...
Kurdish women are more free they wear colorfull clothes...and they paricipate in the society in men's jobs...

in Kurdish society you can see women's particpate MUCH more than other middle eastern...for example in Northern Kurdistan [turkish occupied kurdistan] 40% of the soliders of the parties are female..

in Southern Kurdistan Government [in Iraq] you can see many Female minsters... [while in some countries like Kuwait and Sudi Arabia Women are not eeven allowed to drive a car]

so I can tell you , Kurdish women have better situation than other middle easterns...and there are many peopel who are infroming peopel and peopel are on Progress Road .

Im sorry you haven,t got many manners, and if you were attention to detail you would see that i am studying not just Kurdish culture but other muslim cultures.
I could return the rudness but ive been brought up to respect people no matter what age, or religion. but thankyou for your comment, its obvious you have been treated badly in the past, but what do you expect if you don't respect how do you expect others to respect you?
the reason why i come on the forum is because it's better sometimes then reading text books.

Yes, you are right... Poppy was hurt by a Kurdish guy - and now she thinks all Kurds are that way - bad and evil people... That is not reality - and that will never be reality! She should have been more careful in the first place - one shouldn't believe everything a stranger tells one...
