No no no...... He is already in BritainMeer wrote:I think your friends wants to come to Eu for the first time so he has to get here Illigaly as it would be impossible for him to get to UK by Visas. or he has to pay lots of money and i dont think a kurdish man with kids could afford that much money to get to here liggaly really and that is the truth.
and I know why he says that he has to get to Turky or Jordan as he could claim asylum in them two countries or to get out throw illigal ways.
he has to to get to Sulimaniya or Zakho cities to get out as Karkuk is not on any borders and he is in the middle of no where really.

Hi, Yes he has ILR, and he also said something about wage slips. Sadly, his wife was killed, so it's only the children he has to get here.. The problem is, he is terrified of travelling to Syria or Jordan by road, as he says there are terrorists everywhere.Meer wrote:I see. now if he has got indefinet leave to remaine in UK it woul be easy to get his cildren to UK.
He has to be working in UK and getting 12,000 a year worth of income. his cildren and his wife have to get a visa to Jordan as it is better then Turky because of language and im sure his children speak Arabic so they can survive with their language skills. and they have to go to UK embassy in Jordan and your friends have to get there aswell to make a claim together requesting to joing him in UK. people get visas to come to UK within a week at the mement. go luck to him.
