If you knew that the Assyrian diaspora says get out and want all of "North Iraq" you would understand everxthing. Some of them dont want Niniveh but claim Duhok province where 95% are Kurdish.

If there is a Region in Kurdistan which has a very significant Assyrian population. than they can build there own country if they want. I dont need people in Kurdistan who only make trouble, though chaldeans, syriacs are different they are much more friendly. its up to them if they want to join a new state.

I know they claim alot. I also know some of them make themselves out to be victims more than they are. As I've said before, its not about seperatism. There are a few small assyrian cities, those could be their states. Regardless of their current aspirations to develope a country, you cannot deny that there have been injustices done to Assyrian peoples. Annoyingly these things are caused mostly by a few kurdish people, while the majority is peaceful. still yet, as kurd we take responsibility for all the actions of the people. I hope barzani takes care of them. maybe new laws to protect their rights as minoriy as well as their safety.

There is never a area to be drawn with a 100% pleasure for both sides.
But just look at this

your map is missing Sinjar in kurdistan , why is it you diaspora assyrians love the idea of separating Yazidis with kurds ? how can you separate us ? we are both kurds with different religions , we are smarter than your stupid jokes towards us which was put into your heads by BABA Saddam your great assyrians leader , you know exactly what i mean (look at KRG and what it has achieved so far for an example ;) ) . and turkmens migrated from Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan , so there already is a country for these guys no need to give away land that belongs to kurds and Sunni Arabs to them .

I would like that Kurds and Assyrians would have something like Great Britian where they would share oil, agriculture and stuff like that,

why would we share our resources with a group of people who are 1) anti Kurd and 2) there are kurds in occupied Kurdistan parts that need our help , no thanks we will pass on that one .

lol give these idiots a couple of villages and call it a day. The less of them in our land the better and they can deal with the arabs by themselves. I haven't seen this many dumb ideas in a very long time, splitting Kurdistan into 2, just so 200 thousand ass syrians can have their country? their lucky Kurds are nice people or the Turks would have finished them off in WW1.

Why are we still discussing with those ass yrians. Give those Ass yrians who want a country some villages were they make the majority and get rid of these parasites.

They are at the verge of extinction , so I frankly they are the least of our concern . The same Assyrians that are asking for a region or administrative unite will not go to live there even if you pay them a millions dollars . I'm however all for supporting Cheldean and providing them with whatever they need . They are a wonderful segment of our society and they should be given the protection they need and offered any kind of help they might require .

on one hand i am fu.. angry about them and want to get rid of them. on the other hand even though i know they would use any chance to see us kurds on ground, i am human enough that i feel somehow sorry for them. i know how it is to be homeless and get extinct and know assyrians outside there who have different attitudes toward us. thats why i believe the best solution is give them some villages were they have at least a considerable community and let them build their own small luxembourg, monaco or liechtenstein . and for the rest of "their" bigger country let them talk to their beloved arab masters and lets see if they will be kind enough like us kurds.

yes indeed they have some villages they can have back , which they left willingly in the 60 70s to baghdad , let them go and live there , and as you guys said let them speak with their master Arabs see how far they can get back Nineveh plains , good luck with them .
