I wouldn't hold my breath for these ppl as long as Kurdish interests are concerned as they suppress Kurdish minority in azherbayjan and my suggestion would be for them to move into urmiya EK , in Kurdish city of urmiya the 2012 iranian elections Kurds got most votes and minority Azheris started barking and accusing Kurds of taking over claiming "as kurds are taking over the Turkmen city of Kirkuk" , while The last ethnic-breakdown census in Iraq was conducted in 1957, well before Saddam began his program to move Arabs to Kirkuk. its the same as turkmen , if they love them so much why not pack and go live there after all they are immigrants who moved into S.kurdistan anyway!

well put it this way , they are only in Hawler and Kirkuk , the ones in Hawler are cool and have mixed with kurds , ones in Kirkuk are half good half anti-kurd turk lovers , thoese we should focus on their moves and make sure they dont get support from turks , if police catch them they should just deport them on spy charges .
