I heard on the BBC yesterday that apparently Syrian rebels are "ready to take Damascas".

Instead of moving just few month ago into the Allawite areas and declare a state he had to try to stay on power on the cost of his people. So true, its so strange I've actually thought about that aswell. How nations and peoples just fall. Like the Kurds were are practically the rulers of the middle-east a few centuries ago. Now well were not, but we are emerging out of the shadow again. I guess its kind of like what my teacher used to say "what comes around, goes around".
