The future of Hasankeyf in a bottle

Instead of all the protests Kurds have that non-Kurds never hear about, Kurds in Turkey should have supported the Save Hasankeyf Campaign.
A few million Kurds getting together to show the world that they are united in protecting Kurdish heritage would have shown Kurds in a much more positive light and won a great deal more international support than killing ever will

Soon the Kurds of North Kurdistan will not have a heritage left to protect - because everything of importance on traditional Kurdish land has been or is being destroyed by Turkey 
Which is best to hand down to Kurdish grandchildren - this wonderful ancient city?
Or a large lake which is all Kurds will have left of Hasankeyf to show there grandchildren - because they are far too busy watching Turkish TV to do anything constructive to protect their heriatage for future generations of Kurds to enjoy
