Diri wrote:"Turkish and Kurdish brotherhood"????
Last time those words were said - were by Atatürk... And he managed to make donkeys out of Kurds - to bring his Turkish empire into safe haven... And when he had with the help of the Kurds defeated the allies - he abondoned Kurds to be slaves and servants of Turks...
There is NO "Turkish and Kurdish brotherhood"... There never was...
That article is bullocks...
Because:
1) it tries to play down the number of Kurds
2) it tries to say that Kurds are actually free to be KURDISH in Turkey
3) it tries to justify the 90 years of deportation, rape and molestation of Kurdish boys and girls, genocide and massacres that have been part of the Turkish state policy to assimilate Kurds - and bring shame upon Kurds by calling them "Mountain Turks" and by spreading false information - that being a Kurd is backwards and that only Turks like in urban cities etc...
4) it tries to tell us that Kurdistan is not occupied by Turkey (BIG FAT LIE)
And worst of all - 5) IT TRIES TO TELL US EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT! That Kurds are happy and content and that there actually IS a "brotherhood" between us...
HOW in God's name can you be brothers with somebody who burns down 6000 + of your villages - forcing 10 + million Kurds to flee from their villages and become beggars in the streets of Istanbul and Ankara - and call them "Mountains Turks" and forbid their language for 80 years - and deny any Kurdish existence...
And how can YOU SchoolMaster LIE to us and tell us that Turkey HELPED Kurds secure autonomy in "Northern Iraq"???
If it were up to TURKEY - it would occupy "Northern Iraq" - which is SOUTHERN KURDISTAN - and make it part of it's Turkish empire... Along with Northern Kurdistan...
And I find it VERY suspicious that Cazyun AGREES with what Schoolmaster says...

Right after the death of Prophet Muhammed Islam was abused and it still is being abused today. I will always be an Iranian Kurd and Azari, and then a Muslim as do all others: ethnicity and common cultural ground ALWAYS comes first - history has shown us this...
This is the ideology that the Osmons used on the Kurd: Muslim brotherhood : to get the Kurds to help them fight...
Fool me once - shame on you, Fool me twice - shame on ME...
