I have eaten Carrot-egged potato salad this afternoon, as my main meal, which is my own recipe. The ingredients include potato, egg, carrot, parsley, red onion, crushed black paper, mustard, mayonnaise and a hint of salt.
The potatoes washed and cut to manageable pieces and cooked with an egg. While the cooking was continuing, the carrots, onion and parsley shredded and added to each other. After that, other ingredients added to them. When cooking completed, the egg shredded and the potato skinned and cut to smaller pieces. After that both added added to other ready ingredients and mixed thoroughly and left in the fridge at lest for half an hour before eaten.
